Plus Minus Infinity

Every Transformers Studio Series toy I've reviewed so far has been awesome. Jetfire continues that trend and it's not because of his combined mode with Optimus Prime. He's a wonderful figure on his own and the fact that he's also a combiner is just gravy. Jetfire is my top favorite Transformers character, and everybody knows and is in complete agreement that his appearance of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is not only his coolest design, but making him as an old man caricature was the right choice. Okay but for real though, he looks controversial at best as many Bayformer designs do, but I appreciate that he looks different than the usual character . Lots of us fans would've loved a non-old man version of him, but we don't live in the timeline where that's happening. Cuphead is as Hard as it is Charming and That's Why I Cheated

Those who know me know that I detest hard video games. Real life is hard enough, I say, so why would I want to sit and relax to a hideous anthropomorphic flower blimp beating me to a pulp? Lo and behold, there I was getting beat into a pulp by a an anthropomorphic blimp that's also a cow and even a moon-android sometimes. Cuphead is so wild I'm convinced it's a demonic gift like the Death Note and when you die in-game somebody dies in real life. Moving on, my friend and I were able to decimate Hilda Berg , after, like, 5 retries. Super. But this flower SOB, Cagney Carnation , was just too much man. We started the game fighting this dude and came back to him after an hour or so, feeling toughened up, and we still got whooped. We'd always get it to the stage where it surprise attacks with its Flower Phallus (TM) and just die. I don't think I've been angrier at Cuphead before. How is anyone supposed to doge projectiles, avoid the ground attacks, and also avoid 2 ...

Game Review: Assassin's Creed (Xbox 360)

Ubisoft Entertainment A videogame about human nature and free will, Assassin's Creed tells the story of Desmond Miles, a young man who finds himself reliving the memories of his assassin ancestors through the use a fancy-pants machine called the Animus. Most of the gameplay has the player spend time as Altair ibn-La'Ahad, a bad ass Assassin roaming around through the Third Crusade, stabbing people in the jugular in true assassin fashion. Every now and then I play a videogame that is so awesome that it literally hooks me like a coke habit, and Assassin's Creed is definitely one of them. Everything from the impressive voice acting to the look of the in game menus reminded me that the developer team, Ubisoft Montreal, really cared about this game.
