Plus Minus Infinity

Ubisoft Entertainment A videogame about human nature and free will, Assassin's Creed tells the story of Desmond Miles, a young man who finds himself reliving the memories of his assassin ancestors through the use a fancy-pants machine called the Animus. Most of the gameplay has the player spend time as Altair ibn-La'Ahad, a bad ass Assassin roaming around through the Third Crusade, stabbing people in the jugular in true assassin fashion. Every now and then I play a videogame that is so awesome that it literally hooks me like a coke habit, and Assassin's Creed is definitely one of them. Everything from the impressive voice acting to the look of the in game menus reminded me that the developer team, Ubisoft Montreal, really cared about this game.

Movie Review: Pokemon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life

Universal Studios A movie about selling toys, Pokemon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life leaves nothing to the imagination throughout it's 94 minutes of predictable events and painful writing. If you have seen any of the Pokemon movies, you know what to expect. Hell, you'll know what to expect even if you have not seen any Pokemon movie.

5 Reasons Why Mirror's Edge Needs to Burn In A Fire Somewhere

This game is so bad that when I held a sacrificial ceremony to send it to the depths of hell where it belongs, Satan returned it with a note reading "Naw we don't want this shit, bro."

The Xbox One Night Ops Camo Wireless Controller is Not as Stealthy as You Might Think, A Review

As we're all aware, er'body playing video games now-a-days and you couldn't find a new Xbox One or PS4 controller at any nearby store for the longest time, even though we should all stay the heck home during this pandemic. We Take Wireless Controllers for Granted Some good news: console controller stock seems to have returned to shops n' stores! They have at least in Far North Dallas, the luxurious region of Dallas that I live (I know it's luxurious because there is a tea shop next to my home). So, I went out and bought the Night Ops Camo Xbox One wireless controller. This makes me one happy Chappie because, ya'll, I've been gaming on a Duke controller since January. The humongous wired controller works and is a heavy as cast iron, but it's as comfortable to hold as a cactus and nowhere as pretty to look at. You can read my review on that beast here. The Night Ops Xbox One wireless controller is as light as they come even with the wireless tech, rumble...

The American Intro Song to Sonic X is the Quenchiest

Do ya'll remember Sonic X? It was a bad show on 4Kids starring Sonic the Hedgehog. The voice acting was weak (and also very racist), the show's plots were Pokémon anime levels of brain-dead, and none of the characters were likeable. Except maybe... Hmmm, Knuckles, who really just wanted to be left the hell alone the whole time. I dig Knuckles. BUT WHO CARES?! The show makes for great background TV, mostly because the intro song, Gotta Go Fast , is awesome. No, not the unused song originally written to be the main theme for the Sonic the Hedgehog moive ya' silly goose, I'm talking about this one: Go, g-go, g-go, go, go Gotta go fast Gotta go fast Gotta go faster, faster, faster, faster, faster Moving at the speed of sound (make tracks) Quickest hedgehog around Got ourselves a situation Stuck in a new location Without any explanation No talk of relaxation Don't, don't, don't, don't Don't blink Don't think Just go go go go, g-g-g-go, go N-n-n-n-n...

Moive Review: The Princess Bride

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. Existing in a realm that takes itself seriously enough to present a well made package, but not hardly enough to end up as another way-back-when movie where the characters are always grimacing or dying like Jesus , is not easy. The Princess Bride manages to do just that, complete with lots of charm and Andre the Giant. Holy shit!

Video Game Review Part 1: Far Cry 3 (PS3)

One of the best bang for your buck last generation video games that every gamer should play at lease once.

A new beginning... Let's start with poop

Poop. Many things give me poop like fast food, eating mashed potatoes in the morning and buffalo wings. I guess that I inherited my father's bitch-stomach, oh well. Yeah this post's only purpose is for me to experiment with my blogs look and feel for the next few days until I finalize a look, at which point I will be posting some content. Til' then, happy pooping. n_n
